Facilities for Differently-Abled (Divyangjan)
Sai Educational Hub is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible learning environment for all students and staff, including those who are differently-abled (Divyangjan). The institution strives to ensure that every individual can pursue academic and co-curricular activities with dignity and independence.
Current Status
At present, the college is in the process of developing fully disabled-friendly infrastructure. While certain basic provisions exist, comprehensive accessibility measures are being systematically planned and implemented.
Functions of the Committee
Installation of ramps and hand railings at all major entry and exit points.
Wheelchair access to key academic and administrative areas.
Construction of accessible washrooms with adequate space and fittings.
Reserved seating arrangements in classrooms, library, and examination halls.
Provision of assistive and escort services for differently-abled students during academic and institutional events.
Incorporation of signage and indicators for easier campus navigation.
Formation of a Divyangjan Support Committee to monitor implementation and address accessibility-related concerns.
Institutional Commitment
Sai Educational Hub is steadily working towards creating a barrier-free, supportive, and inclusive campus that upholds the spirit of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016 and aligns with the accessibility guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Ministry of Education.
