Sai Educational Hub is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and ragging-free environment for all students.
The institution strictly adheres to the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher
Educational Institutions (2009; amended in 2016, 2021, and 2023).
Ragging in any form — physical, psychological, or verbal — is a punishable offence and is strictly prohibited
on campus, in hostels, and during any college-related activities.

Functions of the Committee
1. Preventive & Awareness Measures
- Conducts orientation sessions for new entrants.
- Organizes anti-ragging workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
- Ensures all students and parents submit mandatory anti-ragging affidavits.
2. Monitoring & Vigilance
- Conducts regular surprise inspections of hostels, canteens, classrooms, and common areas.
- Reports observations confidentially to the Principal.
3. Grievance Redressal
- Maintains a confidential mechanism for online and offline complaints.
- Ensures prompt and fair inquiry into all reported cases.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintains meeting minutes, compliance records, and quarterly reports.
- Submits summary reports to the Principal and Governing Body.
